I'm Done

I wouldn't show them who i am,
Too many judging eyes,
I started straightening my hair,
And wearing skirts instead of t-shirts and shorts,
I tried to laugh at the stupid jokes,
And play my part right,
But now i have realized,
It was stupid of me to try.

Now i'm sick of faking it,
I will be myself,
If you don't like it,
I don't care,
I have friends that are like my family,
I don't need to fake it for people who won't accept me either way,
I'm done.
